ABOUT THE ARTIST

I’m Laura, a Hawaii based artist and Live Wedding Painter.  Over the past 17 years, I've painted hundreds of weddings in every imaginable climate, circumstance, and environment.

It’s an honor to capture moments full of meaning for others: as an artist, there’s nothing more thrilling and magical than the language of paint itself.  I love sharing this joy and wonder with others through the live painting experience.

Professional credentials include a BFA from the Maryland Institute, a MFA from the University of Washington, a Fulbright scholarship to Spain, and countless hours copying old master paintings in museums.
